Communication & Trust
Planning a wedding abroad is stressful. Dealing with vendors who take weeks to reply or struggle with English language adds to that stress. With us, you are dealing with a Sydney-based team. We answer your texts. We meet for coffee before you fly. You know exactly who is showing up on the day.
The "Dolce Vita" Style
European videography can sometimes be quite traditional. A lot of posing, a lot of tripods, a lot of "cheese." We bring the Australian aesthetic — relaxed, candid, fun, and cool — to the European setting. You get the best of both worlds: the Italian backdrop with the Aussie vibe.
Security
Your footage is backed up on hard drives that travel in our carry-on luggage. You don't have to worry about a hard drive getting lost in the post from Rome.
We Are Already There
We split our time between Sydney and Northern Italy. There is a high chance we are already in Europe during the summer season (June–Sept), which saves you the cost of long-haul flights.

How We Film A Destination Wedding
The "Welcome Party"
(Day 1)
Destination weddings are rarely one-day events. The "Welcome Dinner" or "Pizza Night" is often where the best footage happens. Everyone is arriving, hugging, and buzzing with excitement. We highly recommend having us there for 2-3 hours to capture this. It sets the scene in the film.
The Wedding Day
(Day 2)
We capture the full story. The morning swim, the getting ready in the historic villa rooms, the ceremony under the olive trees, and the party that goes until 3 AM.
The Recovery
(Day 3)
The pool party. The sunglasses. The recap of the night before. These are the fun, gritty, hilarious shots that add so much personality to your film.
LOGISTICS
How It Works
Travel Costs
We keep it simple.
If we are already in Europe:
You just cover our travel from our base (Northern Italy) to your venue (train/car) and 2 nights' accommodation.
If we fly from Sydney:
We ask for a flat travel fee to cover flights and accommodation. We book everything ourselves so you don't have to be our travel agent.
Scouting
We always arrive a day early. We scout the venue. We check the sunset spots. We find the best angles for the drone. We don't just rock up and guess.
Drone Laws
Europe has different drone laws to Australia. We are up to date with EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency) regulations. We know where we can fly to get those epic aerial shots of the Italian coastline or the French vineyards.

Do you film in countries other than Italy?
Yes. While Italy is our base, we regularly film in France, Greece, Spain, and the UK.
How do you transport the gear?
We travel light but professional. We have specialised travel cases (Peli cases) and we bring backups of everything (cameras, audio, lenses). We are prepared for anything.
Can we meet you in Sydney first?
Please do! We love meeting our destination couples in Sydney to build that rapport before we meet again at the airport/villa.
What about music?
We select music that fits the vibe of the location. Italian disco for the party? French jazz for the cocktail hour? We create a soundtrack that transports you back to that specific place.
